News of Roger’s marriage will not be shared with The Who’s fans until 1968 when Jacqueline files for divorce. In a 1972 Observer feature, Roger confessed, “I knew that if I didn’t move away from her in those early days, I would be a sheet metal worker forever.”

2004 – Cartoon Network’s late-night version, Adult Swim, shows the episode “Temporary Blindness” from the series Home Movies containing “Timmy,” a parody of Tommy: The Movie.
2006 – Roger records his vocals for the “The Boy Who Heard Music” mini-opera for Endless Wire
2006 – Roger attends the Teenage Cancer Trust event at Royal Albert Hall in London
2009 – The Who play the Hope Estate Winery in Pokolbin, New South Wales, Australia
2012 – Roger, Ron Wood and Paul Weller perform together at the Royal Albert Hall for the Teenage Cancer Trust. The Following night, the three return to join Paul McCartney in a performance of “Get Back”
